Please feel free to submit a prayer request here. Please include in your comments whether or not you wish this request to be included in our Wednesday Night Prayer Guide. Due to space limitations, we may limit requests printed in the Prayer Guide to those submitted by our members; however, all requests will be prayed for. Also, due to federal HIPAA regulations, we will be unable to publish requests concerning health issues unless we receive specific permission from the patient.
